About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Manager to lead our Supported Living team in Morecambe and surrounding areas. As a key member of our North Region, you will be responsible for empowering individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and effective staff management.
  • Provide person-centred care for individuals using the services.
  • Ensure effective financial management by overseeing staff deployment and budgets.
  • Supervise Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers to maintain excellent operational services.
  • Organise, prioritise, and manage administrative tasks, always ensuring financial prudence.
  • Motivate and enable your staff to achieve positive outcomes in line with best practices.
  • Lead improvements in service quality for individuals with disabilities.
What You Need
  • QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma (or equivalent), or the willingness to complete it.
  • Experience in social care management, including knowledge of CQC Framework and relevant health and social services legislation.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating teams and improving services.
