We are seeking an entrepreneurial and driven Façade Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of a new business line within our multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. You will be instrumental in establishing Hydrock as a leading force in innovative façade design, collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Your Impact
  • Develop and Execute a Strategic Vision: Craft a comprehensive strategy for the growth and success of our façade engineering practice, encompassing market analysis, client acquisition, and project delivery.
  • Lead and Inspire a Team: Build and mentor a high-performing team of façade engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Deliver Exceptional Projects: Oversee the design and execution of complex façade projects, ensuring adherence to technical standards, budget constraints, and client expectations.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with architects, contractors, and material suppliers to expand our network and enhance project outcomes.
Your Expertise

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in façade engineering. You possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in the design and construction of complex façades, including knowledge of materials, systems, and building codes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
