Role Overview:
As a Cryptocurrency Algorithmic Trader, you will create innovative models and algorithms in the digital currency market. Your role involves providing insights into market behaviors and developing state-of-the-art automated trading algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced automated trading algorithms for cryptocurrency markets.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to enhance trading strategies and risk management techniques.
- Analyze market data to improve current trading algorithms.
- Design and develop advanced computing architectures.
- Collaborate with a team of experts to create solutions for automated trading.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in cryptocurrency.
Your Profile:
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or a related technical field.
- Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Experience writing code to process and analyze large data sets.
- Proficiency in software development and engineering principles.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in electronic trading, specifically within fx/futures.
- Strong software development skills, particularly in lower-level languages and Python.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
What We Offer:
We offer a Hybrid role in London with a competitive salary of up to £250,000 + bonus for the right candidates.
