About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantitative Trader to join our team at BHFT. As a key member of our trading team, you will be responsible for developing and executing trading strategies that capitalize on market inefficiencies in the cryptocurrency markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in non-directional trading, with a strong understanding of algorithmic trading and arbitrage strategies. You will be working closely with our team to enhance trading algorithms and optimize execution, while staying up-to-date on market trends, exchange developments, and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute trading strategies that identify and capitalize on market inefficiencies through algorithmic approaches;
  • Monitor and analyze trading performance to ensure a consistent positive PnL;
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance trading algorithms and optimize execution;
  • Stay updated on market trends, exchange developments, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable success (5+ years) in quantitative trading with a non-directional focus, specifically in the cryptocurrency markets;
  • Consistent record of profitable trading;
  • Prior experience trading on centralized exchanges is essential;
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar;
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field;
