Sous Chef Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at HR-CL Limited. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a critical role in supporting our Head Chef and driving culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations and inspiring the team to achieve high standards.
  • Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Oversee kitchen staff, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food production.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and culinary concepts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Tips and bonuses, with the potential to earn an additional £2,000 - £3,000 per year.
