In this role, reporting to the Ground Operations Planning Manager, you will oversee the creation and management of rosters for both UK and international staff. The ideal candidate will ensure that rosters are developed and distributed in compliance with national regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure roster plans are developed in alignment with working time regulations, corporate engagement standards, and operational needs, adhering to EU, national, and company policies.
  • Work closely with both UK and international locations to guarantee precise roster production, while suggesting and implementing strategies to manage costs, enhance efficiency, and maintain compliance.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with system providers to ensure business requirements are met and to optimize system usage, as well as foster inter-departmental collaborations to support the company's roster strategy.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of current UK and European working time regulations, along with familiarity with relevant rostering systems and fluency in Spanish.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive business innovations, and support roster planning initiatives.
  • Understanding of operational requirements related to flight schedules and the capability to develop recovery plans to minimize customer disruptions.
