Multi Skilled Carpenter Role

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our local social housing maintenance team. As a multi skilled carpenter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services by carrying out responsive and planned repairs to occupied properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out carpentry tasks, including repairs and maintenance of properties.
  • Perform minor tiling, plastering, and decorating tasks as required.
  • Work in a social housing setting, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality repairs on time.
  • Hold a City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry (or equivalent).
  • Valid and clean full UK driving licence.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
  • Customer-focused with experience in occupied properties.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience with social housing maintenance.
  • Asbestos Awareness.
  • CSCS or NEBOSH.
  • Own van and tools.
