Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Annual Bonus

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for overseeing critical aspects of the business from the outset. This role includes managing both hard and soft services, as well as site and facilities maintenance, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives, along with improvement projects for the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with supplier quality assurance (SQA) standards by auditing, approving, and defining supply partners, guaranteeing adherence to our 'right first-time' policy.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies that align with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
3. Provide proactive and visible leadership in all matters related to quality, health, safety, and environmental management, setting a positive example for the team.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification is required.
