Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Dementia Care Manager to join our team at a large care home in High Wycombe. As a Dementia Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Dementia community within the home and implementing and embedding the Dementia strategy at the local level.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a large team of care professionals
- Implement and embed the Dementia strategy at the local level
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with CQC fundamental standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to the care team
- Previous experience in a similar role in a comparable setting
- Extensive senior experience in adult social care settings
- Dementia Care Mapping qualification or prepared to undertake training for qualification within 12 months
- Level 3 NVQ
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and effectively manage a large team
