Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a key member of our Children and Young People's team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to vulnerable young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a residential support worker role, preferably with children and young people.
