At Salt, we are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in implementing a new Electronic Referral System (EPR). The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive approach to requirements validation and plan and run workshops to ensure a successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a pragmatic approach to validating requirements for the Electronic Referral System, engaging with Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, Medical Records Admin Staff, and Service Managers within our organization.
- Validate both Functional and Non-Functional requirements, with subject matter experts.
- Experience as a Business Analyst on NHS EPR related projects.
- Requirements gathering and validation of clinical systems.
- In-depth knowledge of business modelling techniques and experience in obtaining input from and communicating modelling results to senior managers for agreement.
- MOSCOW experience.
- Experience running workshops remotely.
- Process mapping.
- Experience working with and successfully facilitating workshops involving clinical, technical, administration, and service managers.
- Highly organized, with the ability to work to agreed goals, in a self-directed and professional manner.
- Demonstrable excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to negotiate successful outcomes with senior personnel.
- Highly experienced in influencing and negotiation skills, including critical questioning and innovative thinking.
- Experience with NHS Optical systems.
