We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Registered General Nurse to join our Outpatient Department on a bank contract basis.
About the RoleAs a Bank Staff Nurse, you will work on an ad-hoc basis to support the needs of the business and your availability. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in the Outpatient Department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in handovers and report any changes in patient condition to the relevant team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with current registration with the NMC. You will also need to have experience of working in an outpatient setting and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
