Key Responsibilities:
Manage Client Relationships:
- Develop strategic account management plans for key clients.
- Identify consultancy opportunities through proactive engagement with strategic clients.
- Frame client challenges and propose actionable next steps in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build a robust project pipeline by identifying insights gaps across client accounts.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and their respective market categories.
- Stay informed about macroeconomic factors affecting the retail landscape.
- Oversee the delivery of assigned consultancy projects with a focus on quality and impact.
- Demonstrate expertise in best practice consultancy and storytelling with data.
- Manage end-to-end project processes, coordinating with analysts and market research teams as necessary.
- Collaborate with Media Planning and Commercial teams to enhance client solutions through insights.
- Foster cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
- Ensure that all opportunities within the Data & Insights division are effectively communicated.
- A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven skills in consultative selling and negotiation.
- Strong ability to derive insights and craft compelling narratives from data.
- Experience in consumer insights, analytics, or market research, preferably within retail or FMCG sectors.
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities with clients.
- Familiarity with insight practices and customer data tools.
- Data literate with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Exceptional project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a solid understanding of analytics and solution development.
- High energy, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
