Kraft Heinz is seeking a Consumer Insights Strategist to join our Foundational Consumer Strategy team in London.

As a key member of the global team, you will play a vital role in driving deep consumer understanding and fueling growth across Europe and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM). This newly created position supports Kraft Heinz's long-term strategy and local market initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Champion a Consumer-Centric Approach: Lead the insights agenda for long-term strategy, ensuring it aligns with the needs of local markets within the EPDM zone.
  • Uncover Actionable Insights: Discover, define, and deliver actionable consumer insights that inform enterprise-wide strategic planning.
  • Shape Strategic Direction: Contribute to the development and execution of Kraft Heinz's long-term strategic plan, leveraging consumer understanding as a key driver.
  • Lead Consumer Learning Initiatives: Spearhead the 10-Year Strategy Insights agenda for Enterprise Consumer Strategy and Innovation within EPDM.
  • Establish Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices, centralized tools, and capabilities to enhance the effectiveness of consumer insights across the organization.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MSc or MBA is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in strategic insights and consumer research within a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated services, and agile research methodologies.
  • Experience working across diverse product portfolios is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex insights and drive impactful change within an organization.
  • Commercially astute with a proven track record of interpreting and synthesizing data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, coupled with the ability to prepare insightful reports and compelling presentations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a global insights environment.
