About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our Subsidence Team within our award-winning Subsidence Services Division. As a Level Monitoring Surveyor, you will be responsible for undertaking regular level monitoring surveys on a portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims. You will work closely with other members of the subsidence team to deliver market-leading customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake regular level monitoring surveys on a portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims.
  • Work closely with other members of the subsidence team to deliver market-leading customer experience.
  • Manage and plan your own workload while delivering professional advice to both claimants and insurers.
  • Have a good working knowledge of IT, including Microsoft packages and Apple apps, and be able to operate both Windows and Apple hardware devices.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Able to manage and plan your own workload while delivering professional advice to both claimants and insurers.
  • Have obtained or working towards a surveying qualification, such as a BSc (Hons) Degree or HND in Surveying.
  • Have structural defects knowledge.
  • Experience of insurance claims handling would be advantageous, but training will be given.
  • The ability to be decisive in resolving matters, an appreciation of the importance of delivering outstanding customer service, excellent communication and empathy skills.
