This is a pivotal role that requires a dynamic individual who can manage complex transformation initiatives, align them with our company's strategic goals, and ensure successful execution within set timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive change plans, ensuring all workstreams are well-planned with clear consideration of dependencies, critical milestones, risks, and opportunities.
    • Maintain a clear, visible, and up-to-date project timeline at all times.
    • Ensure project owners are clear on their requirements and provide necessary support to ensure timely delivery. Proactively flag concerns or delays to mitigate risks.
    • Assist the CEO in holding project owners accountable for their deliverables.
    • Lead and facilitate all project management meetings to ensure progress and alignment.
  • Strategic Transformation Leadership:
    • Develop and oversee the implementation of transformation programmes aimed at achieving the Target Operating Model.
    • Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation in service delivery, technology integration, and client engagement as part of the change project.
    • Ensure transformation objectives are aligned with our company's strategic goals and long-term vision.
  • Change Management:
    • Create and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes within our organization.
    • Engage with employees and stakeholders to promote a positive attitude towards change, ensuring a smooth transition.
    • Provide training and support to teams to foster sustained adoption of new practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, IT, and Brands to successfully implement transformation initiatives.
    • Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management, communicating project status, issues, and impacts.
    • Conduct workshops and meetings to gather input and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting:
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of transformation initiatives.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance, outcomes, and financial impacts to the C-Suite and Board.
    • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of changes and recommend areas for further improvement.
  • Collaboration with Key Functions:
    • Work with Finance and the CEO to ensure all changes are in line with the budget and provide a viable Return on Investment (ROI).
    • Collaborate with the People Team to ensure all people-related changes are communicated and implemented in line with our company culture.
    • Partner with the Marketing team to ensure all changes are effectively communicated both internally and externally.
    • Engage with Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) to ensure performance is tracked and enhanced during the transformation process.
    • Ensure that all changes and decisions made within the business contribute to increased efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
  • Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading strategic transformation initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
    • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
    • Experience working with senior leadership and providing regular updates to C-Suite executives and Board members.
    • A strategic thinker with the ability to align projects with broader business goals.
    • Minimum 3 years experience within Transformation/Change Management

Reporting Line:

  • Reports directly to the CEO and provides regular updates to the C-Suite and Board.
