About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy commercial property team at G2 Legal Limited. As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the work of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial property department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio Copy Typing: You will be responsible for accurately typing audio recordings, including digital dictation, to ensure that our clients receive high-quality documents.
- Document Preparation: You will prepare and draft documents, including contracts, deeds, and other legal documents, to a high standard.
- Diary Management: You will manage the diaries of our team members, ensuring that appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met.
- Liaising with Clients: You will liaise with our clients, responding to their queries and providing excellent customer service.
- Administrative Tasks: You will perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: You must have a minimum of 1+ year of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in commercial property or conveyancing law.
- Skills: You must have excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 60 WPM typing speed and digital dictation experience.
- Accuracy: You must have a high level of accuracy, with a minimum of 95% accuracy on typing.
