- Statement and Invoice Management: Run and collate statements, invoices, and proof of deliveries, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Credit and Collections: Proactively chase customers to ensure prompt payment, using a professional and courteous manner.
- Customer Master Data: Review and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Credit Agency Reports: Use credit agency reports to set appropriate credit limits, minimizing risk and ensuring business continuity.
- Direct Debit Collections: Manage Direct Debit collections and order releases, ensuring seamless processing and customer satisfaction.
- Departmental Administration: File departmental paperwork accurately and promptly, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Query Resolution: Resolve customer queries and escalate issues as needed, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality, maintaining the trust and integrity of our business.
- EMEA Intercompany Accounts: Manage EMEA Intercompany accounts and process e-Invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Credit Checks and Risk Assessments: Perform credit checks and risk assessments on potential clients, ensuring business continuity and minimizing risk.
- Team Efficiency: Participate in initiatives to improve Accounts Payable team efficiency, contributing to the success and growth of our business.
- Credit Control Experience: Proven experience in credit control, with a strong understanding of financial management and customer service principles.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish, with French being a desirable additional language.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP (AP), MS Office, SAP Concur, and strong Excel skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Personal Qualities: Resilient and able to work to tight deadlines, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and numerical skills.
