Job OverviewCaresoft Global Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients and internal teams on the Vehicle Integration System product.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve technical issues: Investigate and confirm how the Vehicle Integration System Logic Tool currently works with respect to Logic Blocks and Vehicle features. This will involve a combination of researching existing documentation and validating on vehicles/simulators.
- Develop customer-facing documentation: Produce customer-facing help documentation detailing how the logic tool works at a fundamental level, including technical documents and videos.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work with our Engineering Team and Vehicle Conversion Advisory Service to directly support convertors with technical questions.
- Integrate help information: Work with our client's Intelligence Software Team and Tech Team to integrate help information into the Logic Tool and web resources.
- Develop training materials: Develop customer application examples that build on the fundamentals to demonstrate to convertors how they can use the tool to meet their application needs.
- Technical writing skills: Strong experience in technical writing and documentation.
- Programming skills: Understanding of basic principles of programming skills.
- Video editing skills: Experience with video screen capture and editing.
- Electrical integration knowledge: Knowledge of electrical integration of vehicle conversions.
- Automotive industry experience: Strong experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Degree-qualified engineer: Degree Qualified Engineer.
