About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and understanding individual to join our team as a Support Worker for Children. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help our young people to meet their personal care needs and enable them to express their wishes, views, and feelings.
  • Apply creative and innovative ideas to support education and promote independence.
  • Support with all aspects of health and wellbeing, including attending appointments and arranging social activities.
  • Be a positive and nurturing role model, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
Essential Skills
  • Be a dynamic problem solver who can work well under pressure.
  • Have effective verbal and listening skills, with excellent time management and communication skills.
