Elite 3E Finance Systems Analyst Opportunity

Totum Partners is delighted to be working with a leading law firm in its search for an experienced Finance Systems Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of Elite 3E.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to fee earners, secretaries, and finance staff regarding the Practice Management System, Elite 3E.
  • Develop and maintain regular daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and data tasks.
  • Train and empower other finance users to enhance team self-sufficiency.
  • Assist with finance and firm projects as required.


Requirements:
  • Strong working knowledge of Elite 3E, preferably in a first-line support role.
  • Clear understanding of underlying financial processes in a professional services firm.
  • Experience in using SQL to write extract, transform, and present data for reporting purposes.
  • Strong Excel skills for ad-hoc report presentation.
