Service Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Stoke and Telford. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on a range of forklifts and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery on a field service engineering basis
  • Reactive breakdown coverage within the allocated geographical area
  • Complete comprehensive training to get fully competent on all machinery and equipment
  • Spares placed in van overnight
Requirements:
  • Experience with plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment; automotive technicians/motor trade will also be suitable
  • Engine diagnostics and some basic electrical skills
  • Ideally hold a level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject
