Job Summary:

We are seeking a bright and ambitious graduate to join our Service Delivery team as an Account Executive. The successful candidate will have experience in managing jobs to tight deadlines, upholding standard working procedures, and delivering high-quality service to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and develop strong working partnerships.
  • Provide outstanding client service and support for all our products.
  • Work closely with Contract Managers to ensure seamless delivery of client jobs.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
