Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong clinical leadership and guidance to a team of nurses, healthcare assistants, and other care staff.
  • Develop, review, and oversee the implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring they reflect each resident's unique needs, preferences, and medical conditions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical care, ensuring continuous improvements in resident outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic, resident-centred care, and advocate for the best clinical practices.
  • Provide ongoing training, development, and supervision for nursing and care staff, ensuring professional growth and compliance with best practices.
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid UK NMC Pin.
  • Significant experience in nursing home settings, particularly in managing care for older adults and individuals with dementia.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of building and leading effective care teams.
  • Strong clinical knowledge, with the ability to handle complex care needs and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to care.
