Objectif du rôle
Soutenir l'équipe RH dans la mise en œuvre des stratégies humaines pour diverses fonctions (Finance, IT, Approvisionnement, RH, Risque, Audit & Qualité, Propriété, Communications, Juridique et Santé, Sécurité, Environnement et Durabilité) en prenant en charge et en coordonnant une variété d'activités cycliques et de projets clés pour l'équipe.
Établir un partenariat avec les Directeurs Juridique, Risque, Audit & Qualité, Propriété et Communications pour les aider à réaliser leur stratégie humaine.
Responsabilités principales
Soutien à l'équipe :
- Gérer les activités annuelles (Talent, Récompense, L&D, etc.) au nom de l'équipe LP. Participer aux appels/réunions en tant que représentant de l'équipe. Partager les directives et les délais avec l'équipe RH EF. Veiller à ce que toutes les activités soient réalisées dans les délais requis et à un niveau élevé. Proposer des idées pour une amélioration continue.
- Prendre en charge le plan de formation pour l'équipe EF, en collaboration avec l'équipe L&D et ES pour maximiser les opportunités de développement dans le budget fixé.
- Gérer le plan de talents émergents pour l'équipe EF, en veillant à recruter le bon nombre de diplômés et d'apprentis talentueux et à les développer et les récompenser de manière appropriée.
- Participer à des projets et initiatives ponctuels selon les besoins de l'équipe RH EF. Prendre en charge des parties pertinentes de ces projets et initiatives et les livrer à un niveau élevé.
Agir en tant que partenaire RH pour les Directeurs Juridique, Risque, Audit & Qualité, Propriété et Communications :
- Servir de conseiller de confiance pour ces Directeurs et leurs équipes et définir collectivement le plan humain pour ces fonctions.
- Assister aux réunions de direction avec ces équipes selon les besoins et contribuer à l'agenda humain tout en acquérant une bonne compréhension des défis auxquels elles sont confrontées pour accroître la sensibilisation commerciale.
- Fournir un coaching individuel et des conseils sur les questions humaines pour améliorer leur capacité à réaliser leur plan humain.
- Assurer la livraison efficace des activités humaines pertinentes au sein de ces fonctions, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les cycles de salaire et de bonus, les cycles de planification des talents et de succession, la planification de l'engagement et la planification L&D.
- Participer et fournir un soutien pour mettre en œuvre le plan de diversité et d'inclusion de Balfour Beatty.
- Favoriser la haute performance en incitant les responsables hiérarchiques à appliquer de manière appropriée les principes de performance et de développement.
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les responsables hiérarchiques et les employés pour garantir que les RH restent alignées sur les besoins fonctionnels.
- En collaboration avec les Partenaires en Recrutement, soutenir la coordination des activités de recrutement à travers le projet et coacher les responsables hiérarchiques dans la prise de décisions de recrutement efficaces.
Profil recherché
Les qualités/expériences suivantes sont essentielles :
- Capacité à répondre à des priorités concurrentes et à gérer une charge de travail élevée et diversifiée.
- Compétences avérées en gestion des relations.
- Connaissance des politiques, pratiques et procédures RH. Expérience générale en RH.
- Expérience en talent et développement de l'apprentissage avec la capacité de diriger la coordination d'initiatives de ce type.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques / MS Office.
