Portering Team Leader

The Portering and Post Room Services department at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead a team of porters and post room staff in delivering an exceptional patient experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of patients, samples, and medical records across the Trust.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of porters and post room staff in delivering an outstanding patient experience
- Ensure the efficient and safe movement of patients, samples, and medical records across the Trust
- Process time sheets, undertake staff appraisals, and maintain electronic training records
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow
- Develop and implement processes to improve patient satisfaction and staff engagement

Requirements- 1 year manager or team leader experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- English & Maths at C grade or above
