Position Overview:
We are seeking to hire a

HR Business Partner

to become a vital member of our Human Resources team on a

full-time basis

for a fixed-term contract.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, you should possess

demonstrated experience

in a

HR advisory capacity,

with a strong understanding of employee relations and UK employment legislation.

and interpersonal abilities, along with the capacity to resolve conflicts effectively.

Your Daily Duties Will Include:
- Serving as a primary contact for employee-related inquiries and issues.
- Providing support and guidance on employee relations matters to management.
- Mediating and resolving workplace conflicts and grievances.
- Assisting in the implementation of performance management strategies.
- Identifying training needs and coordinating development initiatives.
- Supporting recruitment efforts, including reviewing job applications and offers.
- Aiding in the creation of job descriptions and specifications.
- Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Supporting annual salary review processes and negotiations with trade unions.
- Promoting employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and preparing necessary reports.
- Offering support to the HR Shared Services team as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Previous experience in an HR advisory role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR processes and documentation.
- Adaptability to changing work environments and demands.
