**Job Title:** Assistant Manager Regulatory Reporting & Analysis

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our team at Hydrogen Group. As a key member of our RWA Reporting & Analysis team, you will play a crucial role in producing key insights, driving data governance, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver robust RWA reporting and Management Information (MI) to support business decision-making
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in reporting, adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Present capital MI with added insights to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance data governance and reporting efficiency

**Requirements:**

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, and/or Python is highly beneficial
  • Strong financial oversight and reporting skills, with a focus on regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • A delivery-driven, quality-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Regulatory reporting experience is advantageous, but not required
