About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced solicitor to join our close-knit team as a Regulatory Authorisation Manager – In-House Solicitor. This is a part-time role that offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and influential organisation.

As a key member of our Regulatory Department, you will play a pivotal role in providing governance support and guidance to the Head of Regulatory Authorisations and the Authorisation Committee. Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will ensure our regulatory processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all matters reported to the Authorisation Committee, including paper preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to handle regulatory queries and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support data collation and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
  • A confident and experienced solicitor, either qualified or with relevant experience in regulatory, compliance, governance, or commercial.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively in a small, high-functioning team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
