Job Overview

The Visual Merchandiser plays a crucial role in maintaining and creating an environment that inspires our customers to explore their personal style. This position is responsible for implementing the visual identity, driving routines, and supporting the team to deliver a customer-first experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store in achieving a customer-first experience by creating a visual identity that aligns with H&M Group's guidelines.
  • Coach and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure safety, security, and administration procedures are followed at all times.
  • Monitor and analyze Store KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to reach business targets, goals, and budgets.
