About the Role:

eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based retail merchandising team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of iconic brands, ensuring that products and promotions are displayed effectively and shelves are well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety guidance.
  • Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is required.
