Our Thames Valley Division is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Accounts Support Specialist to enhance our Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including managing purchase ledgers.
- Compile data for weekly payroll processing.
- Handle expense claims and assist with various tasks related to the transition to new accounting software, COINS.
Specific Duties Include:
- Process invoices and certifications for subcontractors (self-billing).
- Establish and verify new subcontractors with HMRC.
- Manage ad hoc payment processing.
- Conduct monthly statement reconciliations.
- Process employee expense claims in accordance with company policies.
- Post necessary Nominal Ledger Journals.
- Oversee Council Tax, NNDR, and NHBC Fees.
Qualifications and Skills:
- GCSE in Maths and English - Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
- Proficient in IT, with a strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.

- This is an office-based position.
- The role is subject to a basic DBS and financial pre-employment checks.
