As a Chemical Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading the delivery and improvement of coating processes, ensuring efficiency and quality align with customer standards. You will conduct detailed risk assessments, manage process documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of coating processes to meet customer requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage process documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Provide operator training and support quality engineering in defect investigation
  • Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) teams across all manufacturing aspects

Requirements:

  • Minimum graduate degree in chemistry, physical science, life science, or engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Chemical Engineering role
  • Proven expertise in the safe use and disposal of chemicals
  • Complex problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of maths
