Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of coating processes to ensure efficiency and quality meet customer standards.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, manage process documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
  • Provide training to operators, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support quality engineering in defect investigation.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) teams across all manufacturing aspects, leveraging your expertise in robot and PLC programming.
  • Support project development activities, ensuring successful pre-series builds and project launches.
Requirements:
  • A minimum graduate degree in chemistry, physical science, life science, or engineering, complemented by at least 3 years of experience in a Chemical Engineering role.
  • Proven expertise in the safe use and disposal of chemicals, along with complex problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of maths.
  • A track record of manufacturing internal and external coating finishes and method improvements in assembly.
