Overview
This is a unique opportunity to become a part of a dynamic and expanding team as an Associate Director of Global Investment within a prominent media agency.
You will engage with two major global clients in the CPG and automotive sectors.
The position encompasses all media channels, emphasizing accountability and media auditing, while also providing avenues to enhance your expertise in areas such as Investment Solutions.
This role is ideal for an individual with managerial experience capable of fostering relationships with auditors and clients.
Compensation
Salary up to £65,000 plus benefits.
The Team
The Global Investment team is a specialized group focused on driving value creation and ensuring the fulfillment of commitments to the agency's established and expanding client portfolio. The team comprises seasoned media traders, auditors, and analysts dedicated to sharing and implementing investment best practices across the network, ensuring clients receive optimal media value and investment advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the team, ensuring quality output, professional development, and operational efficiency.
- Assist the Global Investment Director in managing client relationships.
- Fulfill client commitments effectively.
- Collaborate with Directors to identify opportunities for recommending investment products across the client portfolio.
- Devise media strategies aimed at optimizing client outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior global trading partners, external media auditors, and clients.
- Support the team during global pitches in collaboration with senior management and various markets.
- Identify best practices and provide guidance to local markets on strategies to meet buying commitments.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Deep understanding and keen interest in media measurement metrics, KPIs, and market pricing dynamics across all media.
- Solid working knowledge of external auditing practices and methodologies in at least one market, preferably across multiple markets.
- A curious mindset eager to innovate and develop new approaches.
- Experience in supervising or managing team members.
- International media experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Background in a local market agency buying team (any medium), at a media auditor, at a media vendor, or within an International Media Investment/Trading/Accountability team.
