This is a permanent part-time position requiring commitment over 3 days per week.

The ASK initiative is a government-backed project designed to assist in achieving the national goal of enrolling 3 million individuals in apprenticeships. Established by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), this initiative aims to enhance awareness of apprenticeships among students, educators, and families. Education Development Trust is tasked with implementing the ASK initiative in educational institutions across London for the upcoming years. We are seeking motivated, engaging, and dedicated individuals to join the ASK team and contribute to the ambitious objectives of this program.

The role of Program Support Coordinator involves providing administrative assistance and support for the operations of the ASK (Apprenticeship Support & Knowledge for Schools and Colleges) initiative to ensure that goals are met efficiently. Responsibilities will include data entry and generating reports from the ASK Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Minimum educational attainment of GCSE C/2 or equivalent in Mathematics and English Familiarity with administrative procedures Proficient in the use of IT and social media platforms
