About the Role: As a Security Operations Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising a small control room team to ensure effective operation of security systems and maintaining a high level of security awareness
- Managing incidents and commanding response teams to ensure a swift and effective response to potential threats
- Operating security systems, including CCTV, access control, and remote monitoring systems to maintain a secure environment
- Monitoring CCTV systems to detect and respond to potential threats and ensuring the safety of personnel and assets
- Liaising with emergency services and keyholding providers as required to ensure a seamless response to incidents
- Producing written incident reports and managing crisis situations to maintain a high level of transparency and accountability
- Responding to general queries and providing support to the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid SIA CCTV license and have previous experience working in a busy control room environment
