As a Programme Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our projects' success by:

  • Crafting and Refining Project Strategies
  • Maintaining regular communication with key accounts to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Proficiently managing project portfolios and timelines.
  • Generating comprehensive project solution documentation.
  • Setting, monitoring, and adapting project objectives as needed.
  • Overseeing variations to project scope through effective change control procedures.
  • Providing support to colleagues as required to ensure project success.
  • Mentoring and guiding project staff, including third-party contributors and contractors.
  • Adhering to WB Power Services Ltd policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, utilities, or mechanical projects.
  • Preferably, previous exposure to mechanical environments.
  • Strong familiarity with project management processes and tools.
