We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Metabolic Medicine and Chemical Pathology to join our team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical and analytical services in the field of metabolic medicine and chemical pathology.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical and analytical services in metabolic medicine and chemical pathology
- Supervise and train junior medical staff and clinical scientists
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to the teaching and training of medical students, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Post CCT Chemical Pathology
- GMC Registration
- Experience in supervisory capacity NHS Trust
- Experience in department with laboratory attached
