Job Description

Clear IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Trainer to join our team in Manchester. As a Conveyancing Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing future talent for our Conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on all aspects of conveyancing, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and career progression for our team members.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify training needs across our organization and develop tailored training solutions to address these needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards.
  • Hands-on Support: Provide on-the-job training, case management system tutorials, and support to our team members.
  • Mentorship: Serve as an inspirational role model, coach, and support to our Training Team and all staff members.
  • Policy Implementation: Brief and guide groups of lawyers on company policies, legal updates, and best practices.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Assist in the seamless onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.

Requirements
  • Regulation: Regulated by the SRA, CLC, or CILEx (desirable but not essential).
