Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 per annum

Our organization is a leading entity in the mortgage sector, dedicated to providing an exceptional environment for mortgage advisors, protection specialists, equity release professionals, and general insurance experts, regardless of their size or location. In light of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking to enhance our compliance division at our central office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the progression of applications, conducting member referencing, overseeing initial training participation, and authorizing members and advisors.
  • Maintaining the Membership database to accurately reflect status and permission levels.
  • Managing suspensions and terminations, as well as handling references for departed members and advisors.
  • Securing documentation for membership records and ensuring proper retention within the designated database and filing systems.
  • Offering appropriate guidance to Appointed Representatives, their Advisors, and their staff when addressing applications to join the network via telephone or email.

Required Experience

  • We are ideally looking for candidates with a background in an administrative role that involves customer interaction.
  • Experience in high-pressure environments, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines, is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft applications, is a must.
