Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Job Overview

As a valued member of our Facilities & Maintenance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our holiday accommodations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in executing reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct repairs on both the interior and exterior of holiday properties.
  • Perform general plumbing, carpentry, and glazing tasks.
  • Carry out basic electrical work and safe isolation procedures.
  • Handle appliance repairs efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship while adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Experience and Qualifications:

We welcome candidates with a background as a Maintenance Technician or those possessing relevant trade skills. Experience in DIY and general maintenance is also valuable.


Ideal Candidate:
  • Proficient and confident in various trade skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in previous trade roles.
  • Possession of a valid UK Driving Licence.
