We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive for a Multi-Site Automotive Organization with locations throughout Hampshire and Dorset.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting all our branches, collaborating with management teams to create and execute marketing strategies aimed at enhancing our products and services.

Your primary focus will be to elevate brand visibility, drive sales, and foster customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for marketing, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various marketing tools and platforms. Previous experience and a solid understanding of the customer journey are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including Google, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Generate compelling content for marketing materials, such as website copy, blog articles, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Create e-shot campaigns and manage databases for marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee social media accounts and interact with followers to cultivate brand loyalty across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and evaluate Google campaign performance metrics to enhance marketing efforts across all brands.
  • Ensure our websites are current and develop content optimized for mobile, tablet, and Search Engine Optimization, including up-to-date meta titles and descriptions.
  • Update the company blog with relevant news and stories.
  • Support stock management by ensuring SEO and meta description optimization on our sites and others.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing.
  • Identify additional marketing platforms.
  • Manage the requirements for printed materials, such as business cards.
  • Provide assistance for Sales and Marketing events as needed.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Valid driving license is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms and strategies.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business managers and produce performance reports for stakeholders.
