Senior Analog IC Design Engineer

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join our team in Edinburgh, Scotland. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing world-class analog circuits for battery-powered applications, with a focus on Class D amplifier design to drive high-performance transducers used in audio and haptics applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop analog circuits for battery-powered applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions for consumer electronics
  • Integrate analog blocks into complex SoCs
  • Work with system architects to define specifications and ensure analog subsystems meet overall performance requirements

Requirements:

  • Industry degree qualified
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in analog IC design in CMOS, particularly with Class D amplifier topologies and low-power, battery-operated systems
  • Understanding of audio and haptic transducer technology
