Senior Analog IC Design Engineer

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join our team in Edinburgh, Scotland. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing world-class analog circuits for battery-powered applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop analog circuits for battery-powered applications, with a focus on Class D amplifier design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital designers, system engineers, and product engineers, to deliver cutting-edge solutions for consumer electronics.
  • Work with system architects to define specifications and ensure analog subsystems meet overall performance requirements.
  • Develop solutions that push the boundaries of low-power consumption, high efficiency, and exceptional performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of analog IC design, particularly with Class D amplifier topologies and low-power, battery-operated systems.
  • Experience with audio and haptic transducer technology.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
