Location: Front Office Team

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our Front Office team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel guest experience, ensuring seamless communication between the hotel and the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the aesthetics, operation, and functionality of all aspects of the hotel product and guest amenities.
  • Work with other Hotel Duty Managers to achieve alignment of service standards and operating procedures.
  • Take ownership of any negative impacts on the guest experience and work with the Hotel Leadership Team to make necessary changes.
  • Resolve difficult situations, resulting in a positive outcome.
  • Work a mixture of early shifts (7am-3pm) and late shifts (2pm-10pm), requiring full flexibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in front-line customer service, with a strong ability to lead from the front.
  • 2-4 years of management experience, or progressive growth in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safety and security procedures.
  • Great communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
