About the Role

Primaire Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Technical Service Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for our engineering systems and solutions.
  • Liaise with our R&D division to investigate complex technical problems and develop quick solutions.
  • Collaborate with our engineers to resolve technical issues and improve our products and services.
  • Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and training.
  • Assist with the SAT or FAT systems and commissioning as required.
  • Deliver training courses to end-users and customers on our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
  • HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Wide knowledge of PC and Server Hardware/Operating systems.
  • Experience in programming languages such as SQL, C, C++, or Visual Basics.
  • Confident and comfortable with speaking to customers daily.
  • History of working with DCS and industrial process control systems.
  • Proven track record of PLC programming (IEC)/PLC Hardware.
