We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Children and Families Workforce Engagement and Development Officer.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with North Lincolnshire Council to drive forward the delivery of an effective and proactive strategy for the recruitment and retention of a diverse, skilled, and knowledgeable workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce engagement strategy to attract and retain top talent.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive forward the effective communication and marketing of the offer to children and families across the communities and places of North Lincolnshire.
  3. Work closely with the Children and Families Workforce Development Lead to deliver an effective workforce development strategy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent knowledge and a high level of competency in IT, communication, and engagement skills. You will also need to have the ability to take a lead role in the recruitment and retention of a competent and professional children's workforce.
