Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence and improving our processes to meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production, technical, hygiene, and engineering teams to embed best practices and drive manufacturing excellence.
- Analyse Data and Drive Insights: Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable insights to drive business results.
- Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge, and to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in Food Manufacturing: A proven track record of experience in food manufacturing, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification: A Lean Six Sigma Belt or equivalent continuous improvement qualification is highly desirable.
- IT Skills: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
