Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Environmental Services Assistant to join our team at Savills Management Resources. As an Environmental Services Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our shopping centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service standards through routine waste management and cleaning activities, ensuring a high-quality output is delivered to our clients.
- Work collaboratively as part of an on-site team to provide cleaning and waste management services, maintaining a professional image at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the general appearance of buildings and surrounding areas meet our clients' required standards.
- Report any issues or concerns to our nominated supervisors and managers, escalating them as necessary.
- Assist with cleaning duties and other reasonable tasks as directed by our team leaders and managers.
- Be flexible and responsive to changing daily priorities, fulfilling requirements to the necessary quality and planning around periodic tasks.
- Prioritize jobs according to urgency, ensuring duties are completed within allocated timeframes.
- Communicate regularly with our team leaders and managers to obtain feedback on quality, service, and care.
- Participate in the performance review process and personal development planning, undertaking training as necessary.
- Achieve and demonstrate agreed standards of personal and professional development within agreed timescales.
Requirements
- Waste management and/or cleaning experience is preferred, but training can be provided.
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work to a schedule and as part of a team.
- Capable of working to their own initiative where appropriate.
- Be open and honest.
- Be self-driven and determined.
- Strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
Working Hours
06:00-13:30 / 13:30-21:00
Salary
£11.44 per hour
